Here's the steps how to make your drawing into scale:
1. Identify the Units in your drawing. In this example, I found that the Units used is Meter.
3. Click the Layout Tab and Select Page Set-up to Manage and Modify your Printing Preferences
4. Set all the required parameters. Choose the right printer/plotter (Since I don't have a printer, I used Adobe as my printer), Right Paper size you need and the Scale. Since we set our Units in Meters, Then 1mm shall equal to .001 Units
5. You will notice in your drawing that the previous or default Viewports is too large or too small defends on your setting. In This Case Invoke Ctrl+A (Select all command) then Delete to clean your drawing.
6. Create New Viewports by Typing "Vports" Command.
7. After Making Viewports, you have now a window in your model tab. Double click inside the Viewports to have a full control of your drawing including editing and Scaling. The picture below shows how to control your drawing scale and custom scale.
