PHONE SCAM SAUDI ARABIA 0902 STCOTP

SCAMMER

CALLER  ---- 0902

MESSAGE ----STCOTP

If you received call from 0902 and they tell you that you won SR 200,000.00 then think first before you got excited.

Today my wife received call from 0902 and he told her that she won SR 200,000.00. The guy who will call you knows completely your information, your name, your balance load and your country mobile phone number.

You will receive a message from STCOTP "please Do NOT disclose your temporary password to anyone even to an STC representative. your password is 238451" in english and arabic words.

Text Message
So it's really convincing that you really won and I suspect that this guy is really working in STC company and have access with all your data.

Ok, now, since it looks like really real, you will accumulate a trust with this guy and follow all what he said. He used 0902 number and then calling to his personal mobile number (0551579730).
Call logs

As per my their conversation, the scammer need from us to send him a load worth of SR 1,500.00 in order to activate the prices. He is so importunate and very insisting that you won worth SR 200,000 and your Alrahji bank account is already open and what you have to do is to send them a load. My wife believed on them and unfortunately she send them a load worth SR 400. Even though they have our 400 SR, they are still insisting of the balance and that is the time my wife fell doubt and he calls me. When they heard my voice and warned them that I am going to police if they will not return my money, immediately they close the line.

SAWA load that we send

If someone knows and can trace who is the person or iqama loading this load. Please inform me.

If anybody knows the procedure how to report this type of case to STC please guide me.

So how it become a SCAM?

  • 0902 is not 902
  • 902 is for STC and 0902 is the scammer number
  • If you really won, they will not ask anything from you. Just collect your prices

Important Location

  • Istaqdam Office
  • Chamber of Commerce
  • Translation Office
Click link to open Google Map Click Here

Procedure

Complete the required documents and go to Istaqdam Office as early as possible. Make sure that you will be there on or before 5:00 AM or don't go there anymore. A police officer will come and distribute a queue number up to 100 only during that time. If you reach the location, write your name in paper list in front of the gate (in my case, it was useless) and make sure that while you are waiting, you are siting in the fence. In my experience, when the officer arrive, he did not honor the paper list instead he distribute the number to those queue people siting on the fence. After you received the queue number, relax eat your breakfast and came back when it is 7:30 AM. Their official timing is 7:30AM up to 3:00PM

Inside the office, they will give you a list to arrange all your documents in a proper way. When your number is called and their is no problem with your documents, immediately they will issue a yellow paper which is equivalent to your Permanent Family Dependent Visa. Make sure that their name is correct before leaving the office.

AutoCad - Steps in Making Drawing into Scale

Here's the steps how to make your drawing into scale:

1. Identify the Units in your drawing. In this example, I found that the Units used is Meter.

2. Type "Units" and set Units to Meter

3. Click the Layout Tab and Select Page Set-up to Manage and Modify your Printing Preferences

4. Set all the required parameters. Choose the right printer/plotter (Since I don't have a printer, I used Adobe as my printer), Right Paper size you need and the Scale. Since we set our Units in Meters, Then 1mm shall equal to .001 Units

5. You will notice in your drawing that the previous or default Viewports is too large or too small defends on your setting. In This Case Invoke Ctrl+A (Select all command) then Delete to clean your drawing.

6. Create New Viewports by Typing "Vports" Command.

7. After Making Viewports, you have now a window in your model tab. Double click inside the Viewports to have a full control of your drawing including editing and Scaling. The picture below shows how to control your drawing scale and custom scale.
